My name is Keisha Brown and I have been married for 18 years and have two beautiful daughters. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a certification in Human Resources. As owner of Jenira's I received my certified event professional certification from US Event Guide and my professional bridal consultant designation from Penn Foster. I enjoy spending time with family, reading, and furthering my education. My daughters contribute a lot of creativity to the business which makes it even more enjoyable so let us bring our enthusiasim to your next event.
A signed contract and a non refundable retainer is required before any services will be provided.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, money orders, official bank checks and personal checks. There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks and no other personal checks will be accepted. Final payments are due two weeks prior to event.
Cancellations: If Jenira's services are cancelled within 7 days of signed contract a full refund will be given. If cancellantion is made after 7 days no refund will be given. Jenira's reserves the right to cancel its services if the client changes the date, time, location, etc and no refund is required.
Exceeding the package/changes: If we feel that you are exceeding the scope of the package an hourly rate of $33.50 will be charged. Any changes must be in writing and agreed upon by all parties and an addendum must be added to contract.
